Amir of Jazan visits the e-University booth at the Book Fair
His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Jazan region, inaugurated the sixth international book fair held at Jazan University, with the participation of more than 85 publishing houses, and a university including the Saudi Electronic University, and toured His Highness throughout the exhibition, and during his tour visited the Saudi University pavilion The electronic, represented by its branch in Jazan, and was received by His Highness, the supervisor of the electronic university branch in Jazan, Dr. Ahmed bin Yahya Fakihi. And His Highness reviewed the university's plans and programs for the future stage, and the tools they provided to acquaint visitors with their services, works, specializations, educational, academic, research and community programs, as part of His Highness's inspection of the exhibition booths. This was stated by the supervisor of the Saudi Electronic University branch in Jazan, Dr. Ahmed bin Yahya Faqihi. He stated that the university is keen to attend in all local and international forums, with a view to displaying a part of its scientific product, and to give visitors to the exhibition an idea of the university and its teaching style, and the role it plays in building a knowledge society and economy. Noting that the electronic university offers a qualitative and distinctive education, based on the applications and techniques of e-learning and distance education, and adopts the integrated education method that integrates direct attendance "face to face" and attendance through technology. The university's pavilion has witnessed a remarkable turnout from students and academics, as the pavilion presents gifts and information about the university and the most important books that contain information about the university and get to know it, as well as answering the questions and inquiries of visitors.
