Jeddah branch held a training bootcamp entitled: “Leadership and Strategic Planning”

Student activities unit at Jeddah branch held a training bootcamp entitled: “Leadership and Strategic Planning”. Dr. Sonia Al-Sayyari  presented the course which was held for three weeks on Thursday of every week, each session was for three hours per day.

The campaign targeted all students from different levels.

Further, the campaign goals were:

• Introducing the importance of leadership and strategic planning to all different levels managers.
• Empowering managers to make a strategic plan.
• Enabling managers to assess the plan. 
• Enabling managers to adopt techniques for conflict management and turning them into competitive characteristic. 
• Empowering managers to develop team building skills.

The campaign also discusses the following:

• Providing information and different skills for managers and introducing them to the right behavior of a manager and how to build work teams successfully.  
• Defining planning, Strategies and Strategic planning. 
• Strategic planning aspects. 
• Types of goals and proper goals characteristics.
• Preparing strategic plan stages. 
• Types of measuring each stage of the strategic plan stages.

At the end, certifications of attendance were distributed among students who attended, in addition to appreciation certificate for Dr. Sonia Al-Sayyari.
