Jeddah branch holds a lecture of “Sources and Strategies For Managing Stress-Students”

Student activities at Jeddah branch held a lecture entitled as “Sources and Strategies For Managing Stress-Students” which was held via BlackBoard for two hours. The lecture targets all female and male students. Dr. Yasmeen Khorsheed, a faculty member at College of Financial and Administrative Sciences, presented the lecture for students, targeting to benefit participants at managing their stress during studying and exams pressure, and how to apply healthy techniques to manage the stress correctly in order to become successful in their practical and scientific lives.
