Jeddah branch holds a training course entitled: “How to Enjoy Your Life”

Student Activities Unit at the University Branch in Jeddah held a training course entitled: How to Enjoy Your Life which was provided by Mr. Faraj Mohammad Alfahmi, a school principal at Education Ministry and certified trainer. The course was held virtually via Blackboard. Further, course themes are:

• What is life?
• The meaning of joy.
• Pros of enjoyment.
• How to transform life enjoyment into lifelong happiness.
• Skills and exercises to enjoy life.

At the end, two training hours of attendance certificates were distributed for attendees.
