Jeddah Branch holds “Be positive” Training Course

Students Affairs unit at Jeddah branch held a training course entitled as “Be Positive”. Dr. Ayman Yousef, a faculty member at Common First Year, provided the course virtually via BlackBoard. The course themes were as following:

• What is the positive thinking?
• What is positivity?
• Solving problems by positive thinking strategies.
