SEU Jeddah Branch Holds a Health Awareness Lecture

In collaboration with College of Health Sciences, Students activities unit of Jeddah branch and Social Services unit held an awareness lecture entitled: Healthy Ramadan, which was presented by Dr. Arwa Asaad Zahid, the Head of Public Health. The lecture revolved around:
- Basics of nutrition.
- Some tips about Ramadan.
- Some examples of calories in Ramadan’s food items.
- Sports in Ramadan.
The lecture was held virtually through Blackboard, and was offered for all male and female students. At the end, attendance certificates were distributed among the attendees under two hours.
