Electronic Exams Department 

The Electronic Exams Department is concerned with managing and organizing all matters related to electronic exams at the university, starting from following up on the privileges of faculty members on the exam system and ensuring that question banks are updated periodically, all the way to ensuring the readiness of the halls in which the tests will be conducted. 

In order to achieve the highest standards of security and quality, the department is keen to provide secure access for students through their own devices, using the smart proctoring with artificial intelligence technology to monitor exams remotely. The department issues periodic reports on the progress of exams at the level of all branches and the extent to which students achieve learning outcomes; To close the improvement cycle at the academic program level and contribute to raising the efficiency and quality of the educational process. 

Educational Platforms Department 

The Educational Platforms Department is concerned with managing the electronic systems and platforms that support the educational process at the university. This includes collecting information and analyzing requirements to determine the best technical solutions. The department also undertakes testing operations and provides technical support to ensure the efficiency and continuity of the systems. 

To achieve an integrated user experience, the department is concerned with determining design requirements in terms of colors, fonts, images and videos, designing the general structure of interfaces and coordinating page components. The department's efforts continue to manage user permissions, receive requests from departments and beneficiaries and update the content of the systems on an ongoing basis, while following up on the progress of work and development in educational platforms to ensure achieving the highest standards of quality and innovation.
