The Institute of Research and Studies is pleased to invite you to register in a course on: 
Commercial Arbitration Step by Step
Provided by Dr.Salem bin Rashid Al Azizi, faculty member in Law department at Saudi Electronic University.

The course will be held from Sunday 04\07\2021 to Tuesday 06\07\2021, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm (3 days/ 12 training hours).

Objectives:
  • The trainee knows the nature of arbitration and its procedures.
  • The trainee has differentiated between the arbitration clause and the participation in it.
  • The ability of the trainee to formulate the arbitration award.

  • Arbitration agreement.
  • Arbitration procedures.
  • Issuance of the arbitration award.
  • An action for nullity of the arbitration award.
  • Implementation of the arbitration award.
