The Institute of Research and Studies is pleased to invite you to register in a course on:
Modern Trends of the Ideology of Administration .
Provided by Dr. Saad Eddin Khalil Abdullah, Training expert in the field of administrative development, human resource management and Enterprise creativity.
The course will be held from 06 June 2021 to 08 June 2021, from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (3 days/ 9 training hours).
Objectives:
- Identify the administrative training system.
- The relationship of training with human resources management
- Apply strategic planning and deal with training and future challenges.
- Apply governance standards to training.
- The overall quality and intellectual creativity in the training process
- Apply standards of institutional excellence in accordance with the European EFQM model to the training system.

- Basic concepts of training components in training.
- The relationship of training with human resources management
- Strategic planning for training and future challenges.
- Enterprise excellence in the field of training according to the European EFQM Excellence Model (main and subsidiary standards).
- Governance importance and its execution in the training process.
- Intellectual creativity, and training system.
