- What is the problem and how do we perceive it.
- The difference between the real problem and the fake one.
- Where does the problem occur - when does it occur - how does it occur.
- How do I solve it - When do I draw it - Where do I put it in my circle?

- This course is provided to all Saudi Electronic University students.
- This course will be delivered virtually via Blackboard through the link HERE.
- A certificate of attending a 2:30 hour training course will be granted.
