Skills of Dealing with Work Stress
Presented by Professor Jahir Khalid Al-Bakhit, Lecturer at Saudi Electronic University.
The session will be on Wednesday June 16, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Course focus:
- That the trainee recognizes the concept of pressures.
- To identify the sources of stress.
- To recognize the effects of stress.
- Learn about stress relief methods.
