- Understand the extent to which family needs are related to the employee's level of performance and stress.
- Working remotely and the challenges and opportunities involved which experienced by employees for the first time.
- Identify practical strategies that improve job performance.
- Acquiring daily skills that mitigate the negative effects of stress and constant practical stress.
