Lecture Outline:
- How to use your brain in two different ways to learn.
- Analyze learning delusions and memory techniques, how to deal with procrastination and the best habit, according to research, to be more efficient in learning hard topics.
- Acquire knowledge regardless of your skills level in the topics you are trying to acquire, you can change the way you think and your life.
- If you are struggling, you will notice several scientific ways that will guide you to the correct path.
