• The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
• The applicant must hold a high school diploma or less.
• To be registered in SAAID by the Ministry of Civil Service.
• The applicant must not be older than (35) years.
• To be healthy and fit for the job.
• The applicant must not be previously convicted for crimes of moral turpitude.
