In light of International Museum Day, Jeddah branch organized a visit to The House of Islamic Arts for its students

The Communication and Media Unit in Jeddah branch organized a visit to The House of Islamic Arts for its students, on the occasion of International Museum Day which held this year under the theme “The Power of Museums”

The visit aim to show the importance of museum as cultural exchange center, cultural enrichment, and how through museum we can learn about past to enlighten ourselves for the future.

The House of Islamic Arts is the first museum in the kingdom to specialized in Islamic arts.

It was established to show how far the Islamic civilization reached in various arts.

The students viewed variety of arts that represent different Islamic art eras that have historical and cultural values.
