On the occasion of the World Day of Cities, Saudi Electronic Branch in Madinah organizes a voluntary initiative to contribute to the afforestation of the area

On the occasion of World Cities Day, and as a contribution to the implementation of the “Saudi Green” national initiative, the Saudi Electronic University branch in Madinah, in partnership with the Municipality of Madinah Region, implemented the “My Green City” initiative, during the period from October 31 to November 2, 2021.

The activity aimed at educating the community and university students about the importance of afforestation, during which a group of students from the branch volunteered to distribute seedlings of a group of trees that suit the environment of the region, in the walkway and garden of Al-Qaswa in Madinah. In addition, the branch prepared two awareness corners that were equipped in the male and female branches of Saudi Elctronic Univeristy in Madinah
