Seminar entitled: The Impact of Technology on Mental Health

The branch of the Saudi Electronic University in Madinah, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling Unit, carried out an awareness seminar entitled: The impact of technology on mental health, presented by Dr. Iman Abdel Hamid, Director of the Emergency Department at the Mental Health Hospital in Madinah, where the seminar touched on several axes, including introducing mental health and how to use technology healthily, especially for adolescents, and identifying the use of modern technology and being on the Internet, and the seminar concluded with the negative impact of modern technology on mental health.
