Training Course: Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The branch of the Saudi Electronic University in Madinah held a blackboard training course entitled: (Organizational Citizenship Behavior), presented by Dr. Reem bint Abdulrahman Aljaber, targeting male and female students in the various branches of the university.
The concept of organizational citizenship behavior, its development, and its distinctive characteristics were defined. The course also discussed the importance of organizational citizenship behavior and its dimensions, with a set of examples for each component of organizational citizenship dimensions and components.
