Qassim branch hosts a lecture on intellectual security and confronting rumors using modern communication technology

As part of the efforts conducted by the Intellectual Awareness Unit at the Saudi Electronic University, the university’s branch in Qassim hosted an awareness lecture entitled: (Intellectual security and confronting rumors in modern communication technology), presented by Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Dakhil, at the university’s branch in Buraidah.

The lecture included a presentation on extremist ideas and ways to confront them on modern social media, and how to protect oneself, family, and society from extremist ideas and fight them. The lecture was also broadcast via live broadcast to all male and female students and employees of the university.

At the end of the lecture, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khalaf, in charge of managing the affairs of the university’s Qassim branch, extended thanks and appreciation to Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Dakhil for his generous contribution and to the Intellectual Awareness Unit for holding this qualitative lecture.
