Solutions for eLearning problems

E-learning process solutions such as: displaying content, handing over assignments, performing tests, monitoring the quality of the educational processes.

Workshops

Participants will attend a series of virtual lectures to learn about areas of e-learning development. Participants are obligated to attend workshops and submit assignments to continue to the hackathon phase.

Hackathon

It will be implemented remotely, and participants can create teams and distribute tasks, and then the teams will start developing their ideas (designing and writing code). The teams' projects progress will be monitored by specialists and experts in programming, entrepreneurship and e-learning. The hackathon is immediately followed by the evaluation of the teams to be nominated to win the first five places according to several criteria: originality of the idea, team integrity, market evaluation of the idea, high enthusiasm of the team (quality of presentation), possibility of implementing the proposed solution (scope impact), quality of implementation, level of innovation and uniqueness of the solution.

Accelerator

An intensive training program aimed at crystallizing ideas and projects and accelerating them according to the best practices in entrepreneurship, through which the participants will learn about:

  • Business models and fundamentals: marketing, finance, financial management, framing of the commercial value of ideas, and the commercial preparation of owners of ideas.
  • Building implementation plans and developing ideas: the stages of completing the work, periods, budgets, the implementing agencies.
  • Presentation skills for investors: preparation of presentation forms and their content, training to present proposals to potential investors. Inspirational Reality Stories and Experiences: Guest Speakers and Success Stories.

The E-Learning Innovation Hackathon:
It was implemented remotely so that the participants were able to form teams and distribute tasks, and then the teams were able to develop their ideas, design and write their code. The progress of the teams' projects was monitored by specialists and experts in the fields of programming, entrepreneurship and e-learning.
 
At the closing ceremony, the teams nominated to win the first five places will be evaluated for several criteria, including:
Completeness: As the project meets its own goals.
Effectiveness: that the project is unique and goes beyond the problem to be solved.
Creativity: In this standard, projects are previewed on the one hand that they show a comprehensive and elegant design, and have an effective, easy and user-friendly user interface.
Live experience of the project: The project fulfills all the target requirements in an innovative and creative way.

First place: fourteen thousand Saudi riyals
Second place: seven thousand Saudi riyals
Third place: five thousand Saudi riyals
Fourth place: three thousand Saudi riyals
Fifth place: One thousand Saudi riyals
