The registration should follow one of the two tracks:
Idea: The participant has an idea in the field of eLearning (eLearning tools, development, management, measurement, and quality) and a clear vision for its development.
Skill: The participant has a skill in one or all of the following: developing programs/applications (programming - design - data management - software project management).
That the innovative ideas and solutions are original and new, and no similar work has been published.
Chosen candidates to accelerate their projects are obligated to pledge to continue with the mentors until the production of a real product that serves the field of e-learning.
Participation is available to all students and fresh graduates.
