The Saudi Electronic University is keen to achieve customer satisfaction by always providing external portal services and e-services. We offer here a list of such services that have achieved compliance with these standards as well as the maximum time to provide the service, knowing that this time does not include the completion of deficiencies in case the User did not provide all the required information.
