Jeddah branch in Corporation with Health Science College held an awareness virtual lecture entitled as: “Healthy Nourishment of Kids is the Foundation of Healthy Future”.

In the light of World Children’s Day, Communication and Information Unit in Jeddah branch held an awareness virtual lecture via Blackboard which was presented by Dr. Arwa Zahed, a faculty member in College of Health Sciences. The lecture was entitled as: “Healthy Nourishment of Kids is the Foundation of Healthy Future”.

The topics of the session revolved around:

• Basic food groups. 
• Healthy dish model. 
• Nutritious advices. 
• The importance of sports for kids.

This lecture targeted all people inside SEU and for everyone in the society.
