      Student Activities’ Unit in Jeddah branch held a training session titled “Corporate governance” via Blackboard which was presented by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Akkas, Vice Dean of Administrative and Financial Sciences College, The session’s topics include:

• Reasons for the emergence of corporate governance.
• Defining corporate governance.
• Corporate governance objectives.
• Principles and benefits of corporate governance.

In addition, Vision 2030 and its impact on corporate governance within Saudi Arabia.

Many students attended this session and shown good interaction, and in conclusion, Certificates were presented to those who attended this course upon completion.
