The SEU is considered one of the Institutions of Higher Education whose ambition has been to provide quality and competent education services. The SEU is also highly distinguished for providing an education that keeps pace with the period and with the technical cognitive revolution which the world is living up at present.

From this point, the University, through its Tabuk Branch, endeavors to take every ambitious and promising step in pursuit of providing the Blending Learning System that is based on the application and technology of E-Learning and which supports the self-learning skills. Furthermore, it works towards providing highly- distinguished technologies and staff to achieve the aim of qualifying Saudi ambitious youth to become a prominent figure in the labor market.
