Saudi Electronic University launches "Tawkeed," Quality Management E- System for Governance and Automation of Quality and Academic Accreditation Procedures

Given the interest of Saudi Electronic University to ensure the quality of the educational and administrative process and to enhance its crucial role as a house of expertise in pioneering e-learning and modern education quality, the Vice- Presidency for Planning, Development, and Quality at SEU, with the support of the Vice-Presidency - Deanship of Information Technology, launched "Tawkeed". This was in the President of the University's presence, Her Excellency Prof. Lailac A. Alsafadi, on Wednesday, December 9.2020. "Tawkeed" aims to achieve the highest levels of quality by allowing faculty members to complete their tasks professionally and smoothly, in relation to forms of Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Accreditation Center), and to ensure the availability, completeness, and accuracy of data to meet the requirements of local and international institutional and program accreditations. Also, it includes the creation of specifications and course reports. And it is linked to different university systems, such as Student Information Management System, institutional Resource System, Surveys System, and Computerized Test System to link learning outputs with education outcomes of courses to measure educational outcomes.

Her Excellency Vice-President for Planning, Development and Quality, Dr. Maysa M. Alqurashi, His Excellency Vice President for the University, Dr. Muhammad A. Alawairdhi, the Advisor to President of the University, Dr. Hazza N.Alsharif, and the Adviser to the Vice- Presidency for Planning, Development, and Quality, Dr. Maha A. Hilal attended the launch.
