Medina branch organizes awareness event on World Sports Day

The Saudi Electronic University branch in Medina, in collaboration with The Revolution Fitness Lounge, organized an awareness event for the branch's students, in the course of World Sports Day, for development and peace and an opportunity to learn about the positive role that sport and physical activity play in university life, and its positive impact on their health, both physical and psychological.

Yoga was practiced in the branch and its benefits were recognized in the presence of female students and staff of the branch, and the branch also honored the club's representatives for their efforts in spreading sports awareness, wishing everyone continued health and wellness.
