To spread the culture and concepts of distance e-learning among SEU target audience (internal & external).

To engage in media communication partnerships with social organizations, sectors and groups in ventures that reinforce the culture of distance e-learning.
To identify public trends and attitudes regarding SEU's efforts and responsibilities, and give appropriate recommendations to the university.
