A workshop entitled Be able to save those around you

The Saudi Electronic University branch in Tabuk organized a workshop for students and employees of the branch under the title "Be able to save those around you", at the branch’s headquarters on Wednesday, and was presented by Dr. Mahmoud Mubarak.

The course aimed to introduce first aid and pulmonary resuscitation, and the concept of rescue and awareness of its importance. It also aimed at identifying factors that affect rescue and assistance. Activating the partnership, engaging in community service, and contributing to forming a healthy and educated community, and realizing the importance of first aid and pulmonary resuscitation.

The course covered several axes, including awareness and guidance of the risks that can be avoided with first aid and pulmonary resuscitation, and alerting and reminding of how to communicate with the agencies responsible for ambulance and numbers to communicate with them, factors that help in the success of the rescue process, and the practical exercise of rescue operations, first aid and pulmonary resuscitation.

At the conclusion of the course, the door to discussions and interventions was opened and the trainees ’inquiries were answered, and they also expressed their thanks, appreciation and benefit from the course, valuing this step from the university as this course is of high importance and needs by society, wishing the university to repeat it and continue in what provides benefit and benefit to the student and society .
