Quality Policy
The quality policy was established on principles and foundations that align with the strategic direction of Saudi Electronic University. It aims to meet the needs of beneficiaries and ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders while committing to fulfilling all relevant requirements related to the services provided. Additionally, the university's senior management and all its staff have demonstrated their commitment to a culture of quality as a strategic choice for improvement and development, as well as for performance evaluation, course correction, and maximizing outstanding results. Accordingly, the university is committed to enhancing beneficiary satisfaction through the continuous improvement of the quality system and the services provided, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, through the following:
- comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
- Building capacities and skills of university staff through continuous training, in addition to ongoing awareness of the importance of the quality management system.
- Ensuring the availability of resources, expertise, and infrastructure to meet requirements, along with the continuous improvement of the services provided to beneficiaries.
- Establishing and reviewing quality objectives within the framework of meeting the requirements of beneficiaries and all stakeholders.
- Continuous monitoring of performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Disseminating the concept of quality policy to all beneficiaries, interested parties and leaders at the university.
- Review the quality policy periodically to ensure its continued adherence to the university’s quality management system.
