Registration Started for the Practical Training Course

The College of Computing and Informatics announces the start of registration the Practical Training Course for next semester from Monday October 7, 2019. The deadline for receiving applications is December 7, 2019.

Registration Terms:

1. The student must have 124 credit hours at the end of the current semester
2. No other course can be registered in the case of registration of practical training.
3. The student must have completed all courses except the training course.

Registration Steps:

1. Student should sends an e-mail to cci.spt@seu.edu.sa, the email should contains the name of the student, the student university ID and the name of the training organization and department to be trained. Then, a letter from the faculty will be sent to student in order to present it to the training organization.
2. The student should take the letter and registration form (a copy of the form will be sent to student email), to the training organization.
3. The start date of training must be after 11 January 2020.
4. The total training hours must be not less than 280 training hours.
5. The training organization should fill out the form and stamp it.
6. The student sends a copy of the letter, the registration form and the Excel file (attached here) after filling all the data to the email: cci.spt@seu.edu.sa
7. The student will be answered if the data in the form is rejected or needs to be changed.
8. Approval of the registration is preliminary approval, and the final approval is obtained only if the student exceeds 124 credit hours earned by the end of the semester. If students didn't earn 124 credit hours by the end of this semester, the registration of the training is canceled automatically.
