  • Supervising the creation and development of organizational and procedural manuals for all university entities, documenting them, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Ensuring adherence to the approved organizational and procedural manuals of the university.
  • Overseeing the development and review of job descriptions in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
  • Supervising the university's participation in international ranking indicators.
  • Supervising the university's participation in institutional excellence awards and meeting their requirements.
  • Overseeing internal awards at the university.

  • Supervising the implementation of the quality management system across all university units.
  • Overseeing the preparation of follow-up reports on the progress of programmatic and institutional academic accreditation.
  • Implementing systems for automating quality and academic accreditation at the university level.
  • Measuring and evaluating performance quality, including collecting performance indicator data, assessing stakeholder feedback, and conducting benchmarking.
  • Contributing to the promotion of a culture of quality and enhancing practices of academic and institutional accreditation.
  • Supervising the development and achievement of executive plans for assessing and evaluating learning outcomes for courses and programs.
