Research and Studies Institute of the SEU is the investment arm of the University, the contracting party for business in the public and private sectors, as well as the portal to benefit from the University's material and intangible resources. Based on its vision in which it seeks to be the first option locally and regionally to provide research, studies, consultations and training services, and digital solutions. Furthermore, its mission through which the institute seeks to discover creativity and excellence at the University, integrate it with available partnerships and expertise, and deliver them to beneficiaries, in the public and private sectors, to meet the needs of development and the labor market.
Based on the recommendation of the Saudi Electronic University Council at its (First) session held on 22/10/1433 AH, Research and Studies Institute at SEU was established. The Higher Education Council approved the establishment in its (Seventy-first) session held on 14/11/1433 AH by Resolution No. (10/71/1433) dated 14/11/1433 AH and crowned with the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Higher Education Council, by the honorable telegraphic directive No. (7385) dated 2/26/1434 AH.
