Manage and monitor the process of developing and training employees.

Assess development and training needs for Human Resources.

Create plans for developing and training employees.

Evaluate the training programs during the various stages of implementation with continuous improvement for quality control.

Ensure the integrity of performance evaluation for University employees.

Review the evaluation forms and ensure accuracy and availability of the results of the employee's performance.

Collect the results of the annual evaluation at the end of the performance period for all University employees.

Review and analyze the results of employee performance evaluation.
