Saudi Electronic University signs Memorandum of Understanding with Financial Academy

Today, the Saudi Electronic University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with The Financial Academy, in the presence of Her Excellency President of the University, Dr. Lailak A. Alsafadi.

The MOU was signed by Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr, Mansour Albarrak, and Director General of FA, Mana Alkhamsan.

Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Mansour Albarrak said that the MOU comes with the support and interest of Her Excellency President of the University to ensure that the University activates the qualitative partnerships that serve areas of development and achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Furthermore, he indicated that such MOU aims to qualify and develop the financial sector workforce through specialized training. In addition, it seeks to create and provide training programs as well as provide experienced and qualified trainers in the field of training. He added that this MOU would contribute to developing digital services of training materials since the Saudi Electronic University has a distinct technical infrastructure and is a pioneer in e-learning. It has qualified academic staff who can serve this sector.

Mr. Manaa Alkhamsan, Director General of FA, confirmed that the MOU comes due to the Academy's awareness of the significance of the Saudi Electronic University as an academic and pioneering institution in the field of e-learning. Alkhamsan stated that the MOU will strengthen the professional relationship and commitment to improving, training, and creating a workforce in the professional field. Furthermore, there will be collaboration in holding courses and improvement sessions, the mutual use of facilities and halls, and professional experiences regarding training and education by holding joint programs and exchanging qualified workforce.

Vice-President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Thamer O. Alhussein, Supervisor of the International Partnerships Department, Dr. Hamed Alsharari, and General Supervisor of Public Relations and Media Department, Dr. Shaker Althiabi, attended the signing of the agreement.
