The College was established according to the Higher Education Council Resolution No. (23/75/1453) dated 1/2/1435 AH. The Council in its seventy-fifth session reviewed the memorandum by the Secretariat of the Council in this regard, and the Resolution made under the following: approval of the establishment of the College of Science and Theoretical Studies at Saudi Electronic University. The College seeks to graduate highly qualified national cadres specialized in the field of science and theoretical studies, capable of effectively contributing to create knowledge-based society. The College seeks as well to meet the market need of qualified and trained cadres distinguished professionally, by providing an optimal academic environment for knowledge development, ensuring the acquisition of skills in learning, research and innovation, and implementing curriculum in its various departments to achieve a remarkable future academically and scientifically in the fields of science and theoretical studies.
