Approving the evidence of the Council of the College of Science and Theoretical Studies

Her Excellency Dr. Suha bint Muhammad Fallatah, Dean of the College of Science and Theoretical Studies, directed the approval of the college council guides (procedural guide) for the work of the college scientific department councils, the college council, and (guideline) for topics that are mostly addressed in the meetings of those councils and the requirements for their presentation, As well as forms for the records of the departments and the College Council, where each form is specialized in a specific topic, contains the most important data required for the topics that are presented for discussion, and is needed in completing the usual formal procedures, from identifying documents and forms and all requirements related to them before presenting them, and signing what requires signature, According to the regulations, procedures and instructions for each subject, to ensure the rapid completion of transactions and not delay them in the case of incompleteness.

This comes from the desire to organize and develop work and unify procedures between the scientific departments and the College Council, in order to achieve high efficiency and quality of outcomes, and to provide the required information and data, to facilitate work and speed up the documentary cycle within the College and the relevant authorities outside it.

Her Excellency, the Dean ,thanked the Secretariat of the College Council, represented by Her Excellency the Secretary of the College Council, Dr. / Nevin bint Muhammad Ghoneim, for her supervision and support, and to Professor / Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Matroudi, Assistant Secretary of the College Council, for the initiative he took and his efforts in preparing and producing these evidence, and extracting them from the reports of the department councils and the college council for the past years.
