Lecture entitled: Steps of the arbitration process

The College of Science and Theoretical Studies, in cooperation with the Training Department at the university, held a lecture entitled (Steps of the Arbitration Process), which was attended by many faculty members, via visual communication technology, on Monday 11/02/1444 AH.

 Where the lecture was presented by Dr. Salem Al-Azizi explained through it the definition of arbitration, the arbitration agreement, its types, the arbitral tribunal, and its selection methods, in addition to the procedures for the conduct of the arbitration process, the invalidity of the arbitration award and the implementation of the arbitration award.

It is worth noting that the university is working through the initiatives that are being implemented in its various faculties and deanships to raise awareness, in addition to its relentless pursuit to raise the level of knowledge and expertise of its employees in the academic and administrative staff and to optimally employ them in the professional and personal path.
